As an Account Executive, you will participate in target account planning on existing Adobe / accounts and whitespace accounts, develop presentations and sales propositions and negotiate pricing/contractual agreements to close sales. This is a perfect opportunity to tackle a senior sales role in a high growth environment.

 
Job Description

What You'll Do

  • Develop target named account strategies and tactical penetration plans
  • Develop and manage relationships at the “C” and “VP” levels of the defined target named accounts
  • Develop compelling value propositions based on return on investment cost/benefit analysis
  • Execute against the major steps of the sales process including finding new business opportunities, qualifying new opportunities, and closing new business
  • Sell against annual revenue targets for software licenses and services
  • Input ideas and participates in marketing events
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts
  • Maintain third party relationships

 

What you'll need

  • 8-10 years’ sales experience
  • Understanding of both competitive and complimentary solutions in the relevant space
  • Be able to work with prospects to understand their business requirements and return on investment models
  • Ability to understand customer digital transformational objectives and be able to articulate a customized value proposition how the Adobe solutions fits into the customers strategic goals.
  • Collaborative - You have proven success working cross-functionally in matrixed organizations, and have the ability to forge strong bonds and work collaboratively with key external and internal partners such across Product Development, Channel, Marketing, other sales channels.
  • Experience and success in selling high value enterprise solutions software ($100K and above)
  • Validated new business development skills and sales quota attainment track record
  • Mentality of a creative self-starter; ability to work independently and find a way into the prospect; in charge of his/her destiny with minimal support until the prospect is qualified
  • Must have strong skills in the following: communication, presentation skills, negotiation, organizational and attention to detail
  • Proficient networker. Ability to develop and maximise relationships with senior industry leaders and key influencers
  • High comfort level and presence with senior executives
  • An accomplished track record of selling multi-level to business, technical, IT people, and C-level executives
  • Bachelor’s degree or related area is required
  • Flexibility in traveling regionally
