We are seeking an experienced indigenous Customer Service Officer to join the team whilst focusing on delivering exceptional service to our customers and the market. This role will see you responding to inbound sales calls and counter sales requirements to meet internal and external customer needs in the pursuit of effective customer service.

Your key responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Managing general sales enquiries within our branch
• Build great relationships with our customers face to face, over the phone and via email
• Processing customer orders as well as filing and manage customer interactions end to end
• Working with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee customer satisfaction
• Schedule and coordinate service representatives
• Providing product-based information and cross-selling products where required

What you will need to succeed:

• Experience with industrial products such as lifting and rigging, trade products is preffered
• Extensive sales or call centre experience
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach
• Computer experience is essential specifically Windows PC knowledge
• Ability to multi-task and focus on completion of allocated tasks
• Outstanding customer service skills with great time management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 – $59,999.00 per year
