Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an Indigenous Trainee at our Gungahlin branch.

About the role

Role Location: Shop 10-12, Gungahlin Market Place, 30 Hibberson Street, Gungahlin ACT 2912
Role Type: Full Time
Shift Schedule: 38 hours per week

ANZ, in partnership with Maxima, are seeking applications from individuals who are interested in a career in banking and customer service.

If successful, you will be working as part of a collaborative team focused on providing customers with a positive branch experience. This may include greeting and welcoming customers, serving customers face-to-face, selling to meet customer needs, educating customers on digital solutions and other general enquiries.

As a Trainee you will:

  • Receive an income while gaining valuable experience in the banking industry (National Traineeship Award wages apply)
  • Study towards a National Accredited Qualification
  • Be supported by a dedicated team and mentors
  • Have the opportunity to develop excellent customer service and sales skills
  • Be trained by experienced branch staff to learn more about ANZ's retail banking products and services
