The team 

People & Development (P&D) is responsible for delivering people initiatives that are aligned with business strategy across the full employee life-cycle. The team delivers initiatives, advice and services that support Senior Executives, Managers and team members during their careers with ASIC.

 
Job Description

The role 

As Reconciliation Action Plan Officer, you will be required to:

  • Support the RAP Chair and RAP Deputy Chair with monitoring, implementation and progression of RAP commitments.
  • Support ASIC's Learning team with developing, implementing and measuring the effectiveness of an Indigenous Cultural Awareness Strategy for ASIC.
  • Support ASIC's P&D Team with increasing and retaining Indigenous employees at ASIC.

 

About you

You have a tertiary qualification in Social Sciences / Human Resources / Arts & Communications or other relevant degree.

You have had previous experience in similar roles and can use this knowledge to drive organisational change aimed at reconciliation, including building the profile of ASIC as an Indigenous employer of choice. 

Your excellent project management experience will allow you to deliver on multiple priorities and drive change. You will be building and maintaining internal and external stakeholder relationships to enable the organisation to deliver on its RAP priorities.
