Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Indigenous Identified Administration Trainee to join our client down in Bunbury. 

The key responsibility of this role will include:

  • Answering incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
  • Meeting and greeting clients and candidates
  • Data entry, word processing, sorting, scanning, filing and maintaining a electronic file structure system
  • Also performing other administrative duties such as the preparation of letters, emails, memos and screening incoming calls (internal and external)

The successful candidate must have the following: 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Excellent organisational skills and an ability to manage a busy workload, whilst producing high standards of work 
  • Experience using MS Office - using programs such as Outlook, Word and Excel
