Job Description

 

Ochre People is full-service recruitment and labour-hire Company which specialise in Indigenous employment.

Ochre have an exciting opportunity for an Indigenous Identified Service Technician with experience with generators for a full-time role based in Perth.

The role will see you responsible for the carry out of all installations, commissioning, decommissioning and attending breakdowns as required.

Duties include: 

  • Carry out effective troubleshooting to minimise downtime and repair costs.
  • Accurately complete Prep for Hire / Delivery / Return / Service Order paperwork to ensure accuracy of stock take and asset verification.
  • Carry out the maintenance needs of all hire fleet assets to ensure we receive the best possible returns on expenditure.
  • Conduct weekly / monthly scheduled service plan to maintain optimum fleet performance.
  • Organise and assist in the planning of onsite project needs 
  • Travelling to client’s sites in Regional WA, from 1-5 days at a time on the road.
  • Timely and effectively carry out; internal maintenance and repairs, customer site installations / removals.
  • Travel as required to other interstate depots & project sites.

Requirements: 
 

  • Trade Qualification – Refrigeration Mechanic
  • Refrigeration & Air conditioning license
  • Current Drivers’ license
  • Forklift license
