Our client currently has an opening for an experienced Handyman/ Trades person with intermediate Administration skills to join their busy Perth Team. 

This role involves the facilities management with a portfolio of various sites across Western Australia. You will be responsible for building relationships with the clients and attending any faults or damage on sites.

The responsibilities include but are not limited to
 

• First point of contact for any faults/damage for the companys sites
• Organisaing trade people to attend any faults etc
• Processing invoices 
• Building relationships with internal and external stake holders.

To be considered you must possess the following
 

• Strong handyman/trades background
• Excellent customer service skills
• Good administration skills
