How do I apply for a job on iWork?

To apply for a job on iWork, you must first be a registered Candidate. You will need to click on the 'Register' tab on the Home page and complete the process. Please make sure to only use your current mobile and email address and only upload your most up-to-date Resume.

Once you have completed the registration process, please go to your email inbox and verify your email address in the iWork email that is automatically sent to you. This will complete your registration process and you will now receive Job Alerts for jobs that are posted on iWork that are relevant to you, within your area.

If you would like more details on the step by step process to complete the registration process or how to search for jobs, please click on this link to access the Jobseeker User Guide: https://adobe.ly/3RTqyRs

Is there a cost for me to register on iWork?

No. iWork is completely free to use as a Jobseeker Candidate.

Why am I not receiving Job Alerts?

JobAlerts are sent to you whenever a new job ad, matching your search criteria and area, is posted on the iWork Jobsite by an Employer. Sometimes your email provider can mark your Job Alerts as spam and you may never receive them or the Job Alerts are going straight into your junk mail inbox. Please make sure you add sales@iworkjobsite.com.au to your email account's safe list.

Also, make sure to keep your profile up-to-date with your current mobile number and email address, as that could be the reason you may not be receiving your Job Alerts. If you are having trouble logging in to your profile, please get in contact with us and we can retrieve your profile for you.

I have found a job, how do I stop receiving Job Alerts?

Easy! All you need to do is log in to your profile and deactivate your profile. This will stop all Job Alerts from being sent to you. If you need to re-active your profile in the future, all you need to do is log back into your profile, update your details, upload your current Resume and re-activate. Or, if you wish to keep your Profile, when you log in to edit your profile, choose the 'Never' option in the Job Alert section. This will turn the job alerts off.

Can I register with iWork, as a Jobseeker candidate, if I am not an Indigenous Australian?

iWork Jobsite has been created specifically for Indigenous Australian's to find jobs that have been specifically identified for Indigenous candidates or are strongly encouraging Indigenous Australians to apply. Therefore, to maintain the integrity of our database, no, you cannot register with iWork if you do not identify as or are accepted as an Indigenous Australian. iWork is able to be governed by this policy under the Equal Opportunity Act to ensure that Indigenous Australian's have equal access to employment opportunities.

Is iWork Jobsite an Indigenous-owned business and currently registered with Supply Nation?

Yes. iWork Jobsite is a 100% Indigenous-owned business and registered with Supply Nation and is based in WA, therefore, we are also registered on the Western Australian Aboriginal Business Directory.

Does iWork Jobsite have a national reach?

Yes. iWork has a national footprint. We currently have Employers advertising their jobs from each Australian State across numerous different industries. Thanks to technology, our strong brand and the power of social media, iWork has a database of over 6000 registered candidates and a much broader audience of website visitors. The database will keep growing as more Indigenous candidates need to register to apply for the jobs being advertised on the site. According to Google Analytics, the iWork website receives just under 30,000 website visitors per month.

Is iWork Jobsite connected to any of the job posting plug-in portals?

Yes. iWork is currently connected to Broadbean. Please contact Broadbean to gain access to the job posting function that will allow your company to post your jobs directly from your portal to our website.

Can iWork job ads be connected to our own centralised company recruitment portal?

We can't connect the ads directly but you can include the link in your job ad content with the instructions for all applications to be made directly through the link to your own portal. This has worked well for several big companies that utilise iWork to attract candidates to apply directly via their own portal.

What payment options does iWork have to place job ads?

We have two payment options:

1. Credit card payments, which are processed once you have drafted your ad and are ready to publish and you are in the Checkout process. Or you can purchase the credits required to post the job ads prior to drafting any ads. A tax invoice is sent to you separately once we have been notified by our system that you have placed an ad that is now live or you have purchased a number of credits by credit card.

2. Business Account payment, which is available in the Checkout process. After you have drafted your ad content and it is ready for publishing, you can choose this option to purchase the number of credits you would like to buy. Your ad will go live instantly once you have completed this payment option. Once we have been notified by our system that you have purchased credits by the Business Account option, you will be sent a tax invoice.

Given that iWork has such a high volume of Indigenous visitors to the site each month, can we promote our organisation on your website besides job ads?

Yes, you can. If you would like to place a banner ad, please send an email to sales@iworkjobsite.com.au and we'll send out the dimensions required for your ad with information about the different pricing packages available.
