Livable is currently seeking a bright and enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to undertake a 12-month Traineeship in Certificate III in Business Administration the position is based in our Coffs Harbour Office.  This position is a Full time Fixed Term 12 month contract.

Please note: National Training Wage applies to this fixed-term position.

As a Trainee Customer Service Officer with Livable, you will focus on:

  • Providing high quality and professional customer service both internally and externally. This includes meeting and greeting our customers, answering phone calls and emails
  • Administration support and general duties
  • Room bookings for meetings and services according to our customers’ needs
  • Maintaining and sourcing all office supplies (e.g. stationary, kitchen) as required
  • Other duties as required

Your skills and experience will include:

  • Confident attitude with the ability to take ownership of the role
  • Jumps on board as a Team Player
  • Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional personal presentation at all times
  • Proven time management and organisational skills
  • MS Office Excel, Word, & Outlook skills are desirable but not essential

To be successful, you will need:

  • Working with Children’s check
  • National Police check
  • Driver licence [and own insured vehicle if applicable]
  • Three mandatory COVID vaccination certificates

You will also be required to complete the NDIS Quality & Safeguards Commission Worker Orientation Module or provide evidence of completion. The successful candidate will also be required to demonstrate entitlement to work in Australia and to disclose any pre-existing injury or disease that may be adversely affected by undertaking the inherent requirements of the position.
